Guy Brothers first opened on February 25, 1904, and expanded into several different businesses over the years. One of those businesses, Guy Brothers Implements, was started in the 1950s by Perry "Wink" Guy with an emphasis on selling farm equipment to the agricultural community. In 1992, "Wink" turned the business over to his two sons, Perry and Jeff, who continued to successfully grow the business. On February 25, 2022, almost 118 years later, Guy Brothers Implements, Inc. was sold to Kevin and Benjamin Lyons, creating Budds Creek Equipment LLC. Kevin and his family have been involved in farming for over 50 years and have been in the farm machinery business for over 20 years, running Bell Creek Equipment LLC in Preston, MD. Although Budds Creek Equipment LLC is a new business, the familiar faces from Guy Brothers Implements, Inc. will still be here, along with new faces like Kevin, Benjamin, and Kristina. Ensuring the community has access to service, sales, and parts is our top priority, and we aim to carry that commitment into the future for our customers. We hope to build the same loyal and supportive relationship with our customers as Guy Brothers Implements, Inc. did.
